Only Africa remains the continent which faces difficulties to operate the necessary ruptures to formulate a political and economic alternative. The gap between Asian countries got deeper. It’s how NEPAD consequently emerged. Can the intellectuals, the Scientifics, and all the African creators and the Diaspora be passive towards this struggle? Of course not. They must implicate themselves to contribute to the construction of the United States of Africa.

The struggle for an African renaissance was certainly permanent and multiform. But, we lacked until now the formulation of an economic, political and scientific alternative which could enable Africa to address the challenge of political unity and development.
It’s what Maître WADE brings nowadays with the statement of a construction strategy of African States stated in 8 bearing axes.

Maître WADE showed a susceptible way to give Blacks in the world the collective and solidarity capacities to take the destiny of the continent in charge. He demonstrated that Africa is capable to become again the 3rd millennium, as was ancient Egypt in the world.
